SAVCOR FOREST IN CORROSION 2011
NACE International collected over 6500 professionals to annual Corrosion Conference held in Houston, Texas in March. Savcor Forest’s Martti Pulliainen participated in Pulp, Paper and Biomass conversion committee meeting to speak about Anodic Protection of a Stainless Steel Digester against SCC and Pitting. The committee aims at increasing the awareness over corrosion problems in pulp, paper and biomass conversion industries, disseminating information on reliable and economic solutions to material and corrosion problems, obtaining additional corrosion data, and encouraging the use of preventative corrosion measures.
