CHANGES IN SAVCOR FOREST UK OFFICES
The directors of Savcor OY & Savcor Ltd are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of an MBO of Savcor Ltd. from Savcor OY. The MBO was concluded on the 31st of May 2011 and Savcor Ltd will be now known as Grow Solutions Ltd with immediate effect.
Jukka Rautiainen CEO of Savcor Forest Oy is extremely pleased that Bruce Morrison and Bill Robertson will be taking on the company in its totality and that they will be the UK and Ireland distributors for Savcor Forest. “After 14 years working together it is reassuring for us as a business to know that we have trusted and experienced people delivering our products in these markets”. Another immediate benefit from this new arrangement is the ability avoid occurrence of any material changes to any existing customer relations. It also ensures an equally comprehensive service to our customers working with Grow Solutions. The board of Savcor OY wish Bruce and Bill all the success in their business and will be following them with interest”.
Bruce Morrison MD of Savcor Ltd says that “Bill and I are delighted to have concluded the MBO from Savcor Forest and are glad that we will be able to keep all our employees in place. Working as Savcor distributors we will be able to deliver as a minimum the same products and fantastic service levels that our customers have enjoyed over the last 14 years”. It is a very exciting time for the business; the company will continue under the name of Grow Solutions Ltd and is hoping to bring some additional exciting announcements over the coming weeks and months. But for now the key thing is that there will be no change to Your service levels or personnel in any negative way. Bill and Bruce express their gratitude towards Jukka Rautiainen and the board at Savcor for their professionalism in their dealings with them and in the positive way they have encouraged UK offices to take the company on and make it an even bigger success than it already is. “We are glad that we will be able to continue to work with Savcor products and people as we build up the business from a strong base.
