Why Customer Orientation is Important
Why Customer Orientation is Important
First installations of Savcor were delivered roughly 30 years ago. Many things, such as technologies and materials have changed and developed since then, but one thing that has remained is the importance of customer orientation.
When we were starting this business all those years ago, we were driven by a genuine interest and desire to find solutions for customers’ problems. Once the initial problem was solved, cooperation with the customer continued through applying the solutions to different environments and through developing answers to any further needs of the customers. This is how the customer has been an important factor when developing all our solutions.
Global markets and competition have raised the bars for quality, efficiency, transparency and sustainability. In order to perform well on the market, answering to these requirements is more a must than a maybe. This is the part where Savcor Forest can say that through our solutions our customers can achieve those requirements. After all, our solutions are results of cooperation with them, their real needs and industry specific conditions.
Providing solutions to customers’ problems is not a short term task for us, but a process for a longer period where we find the solutions together with our customer making sure all the issues are addressed. It is an enjoyment to achieve something together with the customer, through trust and cooperation.
