Chemical free Process Purity!
Chemical free Process Purity! , 21st of September
Majority of process purity problems are dealt with chemicals. This solution is, however, increasingly challenged by issues of sustainability and cost efficiency- requirements for pulp and paper industries are no longer what they used to be.
Let’s think for a while what requirements usage of those chemicals set to the mills. Firstly, it is important to remember that although application of chemicals can be an effective solution towards impurities, it is still temporary of nature. Keeping the process clean with chemicals requires repeated supervision and engagement. Secondly, as it is temporary and repeating of nature, also costs of acquiring the chemicals rise corresponding to the amount of chemicals needed. Thirdly, it also requires someone to take care of it, which adds on to the workload employees. Finally, we have the issues of ecology and sustainability that follow the amount and controlling of emissions from these processes. Quite a lot of effort for temporality, don’t you think?
Now, let’s think about CRONO Anti-scaling as a solution to the same problem. First of all, no chemicals are needed to maintain the purity of the process. Our solution is based on electro-chemistry that also aims to solve the problem in the long run. Therefore it is not temporary of nature. The installation collects process purity data independently, simultaneously saving time and effort of employees on site. CRONO Anti-scaling does save time, effort and resources, but it also represents a sustainable alternative of the future that seems to be green. So, on top of saving time and resources, your organisation can also benefit from sustainability without compromising quality or efficiency.
We here at Savcor Forest want to find durable solutions to our customers’ problems together with them. We believe that cooperation is the key to long term success not only for us, but for our customers as well. Hopefully we can find a shared project with you as well.
